Organizing Plan An organizing plan is recommended prior to beginning any project. This is an opportunity for you and the organizer-coach to meet and discuss the scope of the project, desired outcomes, challenges and time frames. Following this meeting (typically 1 to 1.5 hours), you will receive a written action plan explaining how the project will move forward. Organizing plans are also recommended for those individuals who prefer to do the organizing on their own, but would like to have a course of action to follow.

Getting ready to rightsize You’d like to simplify your lifestyle, perhaps move from a large house, where you have lived for the past 25 years, to a 2-bedroom condo. Although you’re looking forward to making changes, just thinking about it rattles your nerves and brings your project to a standstill! Does this sound like you? You may benefit from a package that includes phone-based coaching, followed by on-site organizing services. A personalized package combining coaching and on-site organizing services will s-o-o-t-h-e your nerves, clear the clutter and help you maintain the momentum needed to complete your project.

On-site services may include:

  • Sorting through years of accumulated family treasures, and coaching you through the “letting go” process
  • Guiding you through the process of deciding what to keep and what to toss
  • Assisting with the disposal of unwanted items
  • Assisting with the packing and unpacking process (unpacking limited to local moves)
  • Helping organize your new home to afford maximum use of space and ideal functionality (limited to local moves)
