Coaching
The term “coaching” has been batted around quite a bit lately, but what is it really about? It is, first and foremost, a goal and action oriented program where the coach, in my case the organizer-coach, brings her expertise to the table, but allows the client to find her own answers. In a coaching relationship, it is assumed that the client is naturally resourceful, creative and whole, and capable of doing her own work, with the support of her coach. This approach ensures pride of ownership for the client, as well as more sustainable results.
I’d like to emphasize not everyone is a good candidate for coaching. People who are genuinely open to and motivated to change, and committed to doing what is needed to achieve those changes, are my most successful clients. The commitment to coaching is made on a monthly basis, and while most coaching is done over the phone, I can work on site in conjunction with an organizing session.
To find out how a combination of coaching and organizing can solve your problems, schedule a time for a free 30 minute “rightsizing assessment” chat via my online calendar at www.tungle.me/ellenkazanoff (when you get to the site, just push the big green Schedule a Meeting button at the top left, follow the prompts, and choose a time marked as available).
